I study responsible AI, innovation dynamics, and causal machine learning at the Graduate School of Data Science. My work asks:
- how LLM agents behave as economic decision-makers, and whether that behavior can be monitored
- how R&D policy and generative AI reshape the way knowledge is produced and shared
- how causal inference can be enhanced with the introduction of machine learning
